​​Florida's New Opioid-Prescribing Law (HB21) requires all physicians complete mandatory CME education by January 31, 2019.


St. Anthony's Hospital is hosting a live CME on Prescribing Controlled Substances with special guest speaker, Dr. Joshua Lenchus, DO, RPh, FACP, SFHM.

​This course satisfies the new (2) Hour "Prescribing Controlled Substance" course requirement for physicians licensed in Florida that hold a DEA license. This 2-hour course is AOA Category 1A and AMA PRA Category 1 and MUST be completed by January 31, 2019 and at each subsequent renewal.


FOMA is accredited by the AOA to provide continuing medical education for physicians. FOMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 2 AOA Category 1A credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
